Mayaguana is a limestone excavation project that supports the Infrastructure, Investment and Jobs Act, and creates an inland sheltered harbor with low environmental impact for the Southeastern Bahamas in cooperation with the Government of The Bahamas, Harvard Medical School and Massachussets General Hospital.

Mayaguana Island Devlopers follows international environmental and social best practice guidelines, and all of its projects are in conformity with the IFC Performance Standards (2012), underlying World Bank Group EHS Guidelines and Equator Principles IV, as well as with the Interamerican Development Bank’s Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy
